Caramel Apple Mimosas 
Yield: 4 servings
Ingredients:
2 tbsp. caramel
2 tbsp. cinnamon sugar
1 cup apple cider
8 oz. caramel vodka
1 750-ml bottle champagne
Apple slices, for garnish 

 Directions:
Pour the caramel into a small dish, then the cinnamon sugar into another small dish.
Dip four champagne flutes into the caramel to make the rim of the glass sticky, immediately after dip the flutes into the cinnamon sugar, until they are coated.
Pour 1/4 cup apple cider and 2 oz. caramel vodka into each flute and top each off with the champagne.
Garnish with apple slice to make the perfect fall brunch treat.
