| The Irish Maid Yield: 1 serving Ingredients: 2 ounces Jameson Whiskey 3 slices of cucumber 1/2 ounce Elderflower Liqueur 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice 1/2 ounce honey simple syrup Ice cubes Directions: Into a shaker, drop in two slices of cucumber and mash the cucumbers using a muddler. Add whiskey, Elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, simple syrup and ice Shake for 30 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
