Unfortunately, the State of Arkansas has imposed regulations on licensed liquor store franchises, so until this restriction is lifted, the Macadoodles® store in Springdale, Arkansas, is the only one allowed in the State.

Currently, the states of Alabama, Idaho, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Utah, and Virginia all own their liquor stores directly, commonly known as ABC stores. These States take full control over the distribution and retail sales of alcohol and, as such, prohibit independent stores from existing.
