A Bentonville native, Polk proudly served in the Army National Guard. Following that he had a lengthy career in retail management before he started his career with Macadoodles. In addition to his broad and deep knowledge of the retail liquor sector, Polk is our “McGyver”, solving problems large and small with great ingenuity.
