Mayu Pedro Ximenez
-Bright days cold nights, and the world’s clearest skies.
-Chile’s northern Elqui Valley is a desert oasis for stargazing and winemaking. Discover the taste of the milky way, what the ancient Incans called Mayu.
-Mayu Pedro Ximenez (yes, Pedro Ximenez is the grape variety) is a stylish white wine that offers appealing floral and fruit aromas with flavors balanced by crisp, electric acidity, minerality and a long finish. Mineral driven, citrusy, and just a slight hint of white flowers (orange blossom?), this wine perfectly pairs with fresh seafood, sushi and ceviche or just floating in the lake.
Vina Robles The Arborist
-Deep violet. Pungent, smoke- and spice-accented dark berries, cherry and licorice on the perfumed nose. Sweet cassis and blueberry flavors take on a floral aspect as the wine opens. Rich yet lively in style, finishing long and smoky, with repeating dark fruit character and a touch of salty olive paste. This wine is really showing its Syrah component, and it delivers solid value for Paso Robles. Give it time to open –a full day helps.
-This Barbera is bright with raspberry, black cherry and clove notes. It’s medium bodied with hints of mocha that lingers with soft, mellow tannins. Just recently brought in, customers keep coming back for more.

Monkey Bay Sauvignon Blanc
-Overflowing with ripe, sweet flavors of grapefruit and lemon, the palate is infused with delicate herbal characters. This zesty white’s finish is crisp and refreshing. Pairing well with most lighter fare, it is easy to see why this critter is so popular.
-Juicy peaches, pineapple and citrus greet the nose, followed by vanilla and toasty oak. Ripe tropical fruit, pear and apple flood the lush, silky palate. Soft spice and nectarines mark the lengthy finish and fresh, mouthwatering acidity leaves you longing for another glass.
Meiomi Pinot Noir
-A rich garnet color with a ruby edge, the wine opens to reveal lifted fruit aromas of bright strawberry and jammy fruit, mocha and vanilla, along with toasty oak notes. Expressive boysenberry, blackberry, dark cherry, juicy strawberry, and toasty mocha flavors lend complexity and depth on the palate.
