Springfield Brewing Co – Mudhouse Stout – 5.9% ABV

Our coffee stout contains a blend of crystal, chocolate and roasted malts, Cascade finish hops and French Roast coffee. The result of this intriguing marriage is an intense and inviting coffee aroma combined with the earthy spiciness of Cascade hops followed by the full, rich and complex flavor of our stout.

Toppling Goliath – Witch’s Broom – 7.8% ABV

With her eyes to the night sky, this witch is ready to hop on her broom and take you for a journey. So, lace up them sneakers, and get ready for some hocus pocus; but don’t worry, this curse-sader does not have wicked intentions. Just spells of enchantingly delicious hops and malt from our sacred cauldron. So join our coven of (computer-generated random selection of hops) and enjoy this magical ride.

Odell Brewing – IPA – 7% ABV

We took the traditional IPA, originally shipped from England to India in the 1700’s, and made it bolder and more flavorful – American Style. We’ve added new varieties of highly aromatic American hops to create a distinctive bitterness profile and an incredible hop character.

Goose Island Bourbon County (2018) – 14.7% ABV

Brewed in honor of the 1000th batch at our original Clybourn brewpub. A liquid as dark and dense as a black hole with thick foam the color of a bourbon barrel. The nose is an intense mix of charred oak, chocolate, vanilla, caramel and smoke. One sip has more flavor than your average case of beer.

Goose Island Bourbon County (2019) – 14.7% ABV

This year’s Bourbon County Stout, aged in a mix of Heaven Hill, Buffalo Trace, and Wild Turkey barrels, yields a rich, complex mouthfeel. Flavors of cocoa, fudge, vanilla, caramel, almond, plus leather and tobacco, permeate this beer and deepen with each sip. We’ve bottled Bourbon County Stout for 15 years and this year’s vintage is one that you will want to hold on to for years to come.

Goose Island Bourbon County (2020) – 14.6% ABV

The Original Bourbon Barrel aged Imperial Stout. Our primary focus every year is to make this beer the best that it’s ever been, with the best ingredients, which includes the finest of bourbon whiskey barrels. This year’s Bourbon County Stout is aged in a mix of bourbon barrels from a variety of whiskey distilleries. Barrel-aged for a year to develop the complexity that only time can provide, Bourbon County Stout boasts a unique blend of flavors such as fudge, vanilla and caramel — topped off with a rich, complex mouthfeel.

Goose Island Bourbon County (2021) – 14% ABV

Our rich imperial stout is blended from a mix of bourbon barrels from distilleries such as Heaven Hill, Wild Turkey, and Buffalo Trace, each aged in freshly emptied bourbon barrels for 8-14 months. Expect flavors of chocolate and vanilla, oak, whiskey, and molasses, followed by caramel, berry fruit, and almond.

Goose Island Bourbon County (Mon Cherí) – 14.1% ABV

“Mon Chéri” means “my darling” in French and this recipe is a love letter from our brewer, Quinn, to his wife who loves cherries. Mon Chéri Stout is made with Balenton and Montmorency cherries, brewed with oats and a dash of brown sugar creating aromas of amaretto and almond. With one sip you’ll instantly get flavors of cherry cobbler, vanilla, and chocolate, followed by a silky, velvety finish.
