Wine Expert: Jacob

Jacob’s interest in wine began when he moved to Kansas. His favorite wine is a Champagne- Perrier Jouet. He loves the floral notes and light feeling on the tongue. As a ritual, he has one glass before hitting the ice at a hockey tournament. You won’t always find Jacob in the champagne aisle or popping a bottle after a hockey victory. More about Jacob: Jacob is a transplant from our northern neighbor. Originally from Montreal Quebec but raised most of his life in Kansas City Kansas, Jacob keeps active in Hockey Leagues across the Midwest. He surprisingly holds the record from the Kansas Cup for the most penalties in one game. He has the reputation of being a very aggressive player that will not stop when winning is on the line.
